At Nadré, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please review our guidelines below so you know what to expect before making a purchase.

General Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.
We encourage customers to refer to the product measurements, material details and descriptions before checking out.

When Returns or Refunds Are Allowed
You may request assistance if any of the situations below occur:
• The item delivered has a manufacturing defect
• The item received is not the one you ordered
• The item purchased becomes unavailable from our end

Wrong / Missing Item
If you discover that your order is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us at nadremy.work@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
To process your request smoothly, please provide:
• Your Order Number
• A brief explanation of the issue
• Clear proof, including photos and a full unboxing video showing the parcel before it is opened. (This is required to prevent fraudulent claims.)
Once verified, we will guide you through returning the incorrect item or arranging delivery of any missing product.

Defective Item
For items with defects, please return the product to us within 3 days.
After reviewing the returned item, we will:
• Send a replacement, if available, or
• Offer an exchange of equal value, or
• Provide a refund if no suitable option is available

Return Conditions
To qualify for any return or exchange:
• The product must be unused and in original condition
• All tags, labels, and packaging must be included
• Items must be returned through the method we instruct
Once approved, replacement parcels will be arranged within 7 business days.
